General terms of sale

You hereby declare having acknowledged and accepted the present general terms of sale, payment conditions, as well as delivery and return conditions before placing your order. Validating your order is worth acceptance of these terms.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
All products sold by ModeJapon.com are purchased new or second hand in Japan. We guarantee the best quality. All second hand products are annotate in product description.
Although taken with great care, the picture presenting a product and its description may not reflect with accuracy the product characteristics and ModeJapon.com should not be held responsible consequently.

PRICES AND TAXES
Product prices are indicated on the technical sheet of each product. Prices are in Euros. Taxes are included in the price. All orders are dispatched from Japan. Special orders are dispatched from Japan. In case your consignment is shipped from Japan, it may be subject to customs duties and/or import taxes at its arrival in your country. Such fees are not included in the sales price and are borne by the buyer. ModeJapon.com cannot predict if a package will be taxed or not and should not be held responsible for the application of customs fees or import taxes on the customer's consignment (as a general rule, small-size or low commercial value packages are not taxed).

We accept the following means of payment:

Payment by credit card directly from our Paypal's account (NB: you do not need to open a Paypal account to pay by credit card using Paypal services)

PLACING AN ORDER / ORDER CONFIRMATION
The order is placed once the customer has validated the order form recapitulating the ordered product(s) and agreed to the different terms of sale, payment, delivery and return. The order is firm once the buyer has proceeded to the payment of the total price and approved by ModeJapon.com.
In principle, all products are available within the stock limits. ModeJapon.com reserves the right to inform the customer of any temporary supply difficulties, and if the case arises, to refuse/cancel his order.
In the event of order cancellation and if the customer has already made his payment, ModeJapon.com will refund the total amount as soon as possible.
ModeJapon.com can not be held liable for shipping products for which importation is restricted by any laws or regulations in the country where the products are delivered. In case of doubt, the customer should make sure by himself that the importation of this product is authorized by the legislation of his country.

DELIVERY: GENERAL CONDITIONS

We ship worldwide. (America, Europe, Asia, Africa)
The rate of the shipment cost depends on the weight and destination country of the package. The ordered products are dispatched to the address indicated by the buyer within approximately 1 to 7 days from the date of order confirmation by ModeJapon.com. Packages are sent by ems (delivery within 4 days with tracker) or air mail (one week with no tracker). Prices are indicated on the website of the post office: http://www.post.japanpost.jp/english/index.html

The buyer is responsible for providing the exact postal address for the delivery. Shipping fees will not be refunded if a package is returned by the carrier due to invalid or incomplete delivery address. 

COMPLAINTS/RETURNS
If the products received are not in conformity with the order or present a manufacturer defect (except for second hand products), the buyer can return them to Mode Japon - 299-4302 chiba-ken chosei-gun ichinomiya-machi tamachi 13-6.(Japan) However, every return request reported to us later than 7 days after delivery will no longer be accepted for return.
Upon receipt and verification of the nonconformity or defect item, ModeJapon.com will exchange the product or in case it is not available, refund the customer with the item price via Paypal.

Please check that the clothes correspond your size before placing your order because returns are not accepted in this case.
